Homemade Asian Steak Noodle Bowl

So Ryan and I have been trying to eat at home more (it's rough). Monday night, we made something both of us were a little nervous about---an Asian Steak Noodle bowl. We mostly like sticking to either some sort of pasta dish or simple meat with a side/topping. This dish was a little out of our comfort zone; not knowing how it would turn out. Well the conclusion is.... WE LOVED IT!! It was delicious with lots of leftovers for lunches and another dinner. This is a must try recipe; all the colors and all the flavors are fantastic! And it is easy to make.
