Chicken & Veggies Stir Fry

Dinner: April 25, 2016.

Last night was my second attempt at an Asian style dinner. Well, I would say that it was a complete hit! The Chicken and Veggies Stir Fry was not only easy but it was delicious--and so many leftovers! I also got to use my Wok, which doesn't happen often. This will definitely be on the menu again. I used minced onion instead of chopped onion (we all know my love of onions...not). This dish does require some prep time. I was unable to find shredded cabbage so I shredded cabbage myself. It did take some time. It also didn't help that I couldn't follow directions last night but even with my lack of ability to read correctly, the dish still turned out fantastic. Ryan also gave this a thumbs (glad I can make him happy with my cooking).
